 Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Insurance:

 Do I need to pay anything when I drop my car off for repairs?
No, your only payment will be your deductible, (if it applies) after all repairs have been completed.

Does the Collision center receive payment from my insurance company or do I pay for the repairs then get reimbursed by the insurance company?
The repairs will be paid for directly by the insurance company. You are only responsible for the deductible which you pay directly to the collision center after repairs are completed. ( if applicable)

What is a DRP?
A DRP is a direct repair program, set by the insurance company to streamline claim processing. These claims give the customer freedom to go directly to our shop, get an estimate and schedule repairs.

Do you work with all insurance companies?
Yes, we work with all insurance companies, and we will repair your vehicle with little or no effort on your part. You have the right to have your vehicle repaired at the shop of your choice, regardless of what insurance company you have.

Will the insurance company pay for a rental car while my car is being repaired?
Most insurance companies will pay for a rental car for a limited number of days. Our staff will work with your insurance company and Rental company to coordinate this for you.

Is it possible for an Insurance Company to NOT approve your estimate?
JJ AUTO Collision Center has partnered with numerous insurance companies. We will make certain that ever repair is approved by your insurance company before we begin the repairs.

If I owe a deductible on my insurance, who do I pay this to?
You make this payment to the Collision center that made the repairs. Our staff will review this during the process.
