JJ Auto Collision is an independent auto body repair and paint shop, located at 116 N. Raynolds in El Paso, Texas, 79905.  Its owner, Juan B. Diaz has over 30 years of experience in the automotive repair industry.

JJ Auto Collision was established on October 1, 2006.  It previously operated as J&J Body and Paint since August of 1989. Its current location, with 7,500 square feet, houses 6 collision repair stalls, 1 Chief EZ Liner II frame and unibody stall, 4 prep stalls, 1 Viking side draft spray booth, and 3 finishing and detail stalls.

The office is equipped with Audatex Shoplink computerized estimates, internet access, email, fax, and digital imaging equipment.  There is also an adjacent waiting room for customers.

The majority of the yearly sales are comprised of:

• Insurance Claims ( Progressive, AllState, Farmers, State Farm, etc.)
• Fleet Services (National Rental Car, Dollar Rental Car, Budget Rental Car, Texas Department of Transportation, etc.)
• General Public

Aside from collision repair and paint, JJ Auto Collision offers glass replacement and sublets any wheel alignment, air conditioning services, radiators, and minor mechanical repairs to complete the collision process for its customers.  JJ Auto Collision will assist its customers with filing their insurance claim, rental reservations, towing, and free pick up and delivery. 

JJ Auto Collision is insured against theft and fire and is protected 24 hours a day with a security alarm serviced by Security Dynamics Inc.  JJ Auto Collision is licensed by the City of El Paso and the Department of Health to operate in the automotive industry.  Its employees are certified and receive constant training in all of the areas of the automotive repair industry from Chief Automotive Systems, Dupont Inc., I-Car, Audatex Business Solutions, etc.  All of the workmanship is covered by a written warranty in labor and refinishing.
